כֹּה־אָמַ֞ר כּ֣וֹרֶשׁ ׀ מֶ֣לֶךְ פָּרַ֗ס כָּל־מַמְלְכ֤וֹת הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ נָ֣תַן לִ֗י יְהוָה֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם וְהֽוּא־פָקַ֤ד עָלַי֙ לִבְנֽוֹת־ל֣וֹ בַ֔יִת בִּירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר בִּֽיהוּדָ֑ה מִֽי־בָכֶ֣ם מִכָּל־עַמּ֗וֹ יְהוָ֧ה אֱלֹהָ֛יו עִמּ֖וֹ וְיָֽעַל׃
“Beginilah titah Koresh, raja Persia: Segala kerajaan di bumi telah diberikan kepadaku oleh Yang Mahakekal, Allah langit, dan Ia telah menugaskan aku untuk mendirikan bagi-Nya sebuah rumah di Yerusalem, yang terletak di Yehuda. Siapa pun di antara kamu yang termasuk umat-Nya, kiranya Yang Mahakekal, Allahnya, menyertai dia, dan biarlah ia berangkat ke sana.”

"Thus says Koresh, king of Paras: All the kingdoms of the earth have been given me by the L-rd, the G-d of the heavens. And He has commanded me [(by Isaiah, the prophet, viz. Isaiah 44:28 and 45:1)] to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.
Ezra
Whoever of you is [(one)] of all his people, may his G-d be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah. And let him build the house of the L-rd, the G-d of Israel. He is the G-d who is in Jerusalem.
